In the south of the Island facing the continent, on the calm waters of the protected ocean you find this beach front Paradise.
Ribeirao da Ilha, 1 of the oldest settlements on the Island. Famous for its oyster cultivation and seafood restaurants.
Amazing property with almost 10.000M2 or 2.4 acres. With about 60 meters shoreline.

Entering the gate you find a nice house with 2 bedrooms for the caretakers. Followed by a hard court tennis court, then follow 2 lovely guest bungalows, each with their own theme, 1 black and white, the other colored.

Upstairs is private area for the couple. A big open office, a bedroom with tub and fireplace in the room, walk in closet, beautiful bathroom, and another room above! The meditation area, only accessible through the master bedroom.

All beautiful landscaped garden with a lot of lawn! Direct access to the ocean, so you can go by boat to Ostradamous or other restaurants which have a peer to leave your boat.
